FIVARS 2022, The Immersive Stories Festival is Back
This year, the “Festival of International Virtual and Augmented Reality Stories” or also popularly known as FIVARS will be held from 28th October to 16th November 2022.
What is FIVARS?
FIVARS is a festival that focuses on curating the best immersive story-driven content from around the world where the main objective is to nurture this platform for new narrative forms. It is also the first Canadian festival featuring many world premieres on the immersive and virtual reality content. You can read more here.

It is a hybrid event where:
- Online – From 28th October to 16th November 2022.
- Toronto pop-up in person event – From 28th October to 30th October 2022

What We Can Expect from this Festival?
There will be a lot of exciting and wonderful programs related with VR & AR contents such as Ultra High Definition Stereoscopic 360 content, UHD Virtual Dome Experiences and live VR performances. There are also talks by artists and panels, world premieres, exclusives and sneak previews. Sounds exciting, rite?

For your info, the final selections come from 13 countries which includes Australia, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Israel, India, North Africa, the United States and Canada.
