Dyson Demo VR Allows Customer to Try the Products from Home

On 19th November 2021, Dyson released a demo app where user can try out their products and appliances in VR. Called as “Dyson Demo VR“, customers can try, test and understand the products in the immersive, virtual environment. In this way, customer can better understand upfront which technology and tool is suitable for them.

Dyson Demo VR is the first virtual store for this company where they considered it as the Phase 1. This phase consists of product demonstrations, showcase the technology inside and home trialing. In the future releases, they plan to include a virtual shopping experience as well where you can speak with Dyson Expert if you need more info about the appliances. Cool…

Which Products or Appliances That You Can Try?

At this moment, you can try out these four Dyson products in VR which are:

  1. Dyson Supersonic hair dryer
  2. Corrale straightener
  3. Airwrap styler
  4. Dyson V15 Detect cordless vacuum

In the demo, you can take a closer look at the technology used inside each of the products. In that way, you can further understand how it works via the visual animations and also interviews with the Dyson engineer.

You can see that the virtual demo looks very realistic and rich in details because they are using the same technologies and tools from their laboratories. Awesome!!

As additional info, this demo version in VR will complement the demo at their existing physical stores. This virtual demo is really beneficial to consumer especially during the COVID-19 pandemic time where some part of the world is still in lockdown.
