Fox Sports & NextVR Embarking on Watching Games in Virtual Reality

How do you feel if you can watch your favorite sport games in virtual reality mode? In the latest news, Fox Sports is embarking on running a VR streams from the 116th U.S Open at Oakmont from 16th June to 19th June 2016. It is a five years deal between Fox Sports and NextVR. Not to forget, Lexus also is the main sponsor for this new way of watching the games.

Recently, NextVR announced their new product which they called “Virtual Reality Digital Camera System“. For your info, NextVR is a pioneer in immersive, high-definition virtual reality technology for live and recorded experiences. Previously, it was known as Next3D.

This advanced camera system from NextVR is for filming the ultra high definition, 360-degree 3D virtual reality video content for the mass market. It will definitely help movie makers, film producers and broadcasters to capture and produce HDVR (High-Definition Virtual Reality) content. I think this is a good time for content creator kind of product since lately we have been bombarded with various head-mounted display type of products.
