Step 4: You’ll see a red dot start appearing — recording has started. Proceed with your game or activity while the recording in progress.

Step 1: While you are in the game or app, press the Meta button on your right controller.

Our Opinion: For beginner, you may need to practice a bit on pressing and holding the button and trigger. If the timing is wrong, it will not work. Once you master it, then this is the fastest way to record the video in Meta Quest 3.
How to Turn On Microphone While Recording
By default, microphone recording may be turned off. To enable the mic audio:
Step 1: Press Meta button on your right Touch Controller and then select Camera.
Step 2: Select Camera Settings.
Step 3: Toggle “Include mic audio” to ON.
