In this article, we will show you how to find the Help & Tips in Meta Quest 3. This is a very useful app especially for the newbie and beginner. Without further ado, let’s proceed…
- First, bring up the Universal Menu by clicking the Meta button on the right Touch Plus Controller. You may refer to Figure 1 below…
- Once the Universal Menu appears, point and click on the Library icon which is located at the end right of the bar (Figure 2). That is the App Library which allows you to view and launch apps and games from your library.
- Next, find the ‘Help & Tips’ app inside the Library window. Usually it is located at the top of the window (Figure 3). If cannot found, you might need to scroll down a bit. Once you found the thumbnail, then you just click on it.
- Now you can see the ‘Help & Tips‘ window appears. Below is the content that they have so far…
- Finally, they might update it from time to time. So, you might want to check this out regularly by clicking the “What’s new” button at the bottom of the window.
