You can open the Meta Quest Store in two ways either from Meta Horizon mobile app or directly from the Quest 3 headset.
Method 1: From Meta Horizon Mobile App
Step 1: Open the Meta Horizon App on your phone.
Step 2: Tap the Store Icon or usually you can the list of games or apps immediately once you open the Meta Horizon app.
Step 3: Choose the game or app that you want. If the game is free, you can click on the Get button.
If it is a paid games or apps, you need to go thru a simple purchase step. Just ensure you have already setup your payment method and pin number.
Step 4: If your headset is already turned on and connected, you can click on the “Install on headset” button. Select the headset and click “Install” button. When the headset is on, the game or app will automatically be installed. Once done installed, inside the notification, it will shows, “Installed and ready to use“.
Step 5: In case your headset is not on right now, you can always install it later when you are inside the Quest 3 home environment. When you are already inside the virtual home, click on Library icon.
Step 6: Then find the app that you get or buy just now. Click on the game or app icon. The installation will start. Once installation complete, the game is ready for you to play.
Method 2: Direct From Meta Quest 3 Headset
Step 1: Press and hold the Meta button on the right controller to bring up the Universal Menu.
Step 2: Click on the Store icon.
Step 3: The Store window will appear like the image below. Search and choose your game or app from the Store.
Step 4: If the game is free, you can click on the Get button. If it is a paid games or apps, you need to go thru a simple purchase step. Just ensure you have already setup your payment method and pin number.
