In case you don’t know, there is a special school in Hefei, China, that teach robots from various companies to perform specific works such as picking and sorting parts, handling warehouse stuffs and home assistance.

The interesting part is that, the robots (aka the students) are taught by a human teacher wearing a VR headset with controllers. In this ‘robot school’, the robots will be taught technical skills like holding and using tools.

For example, one of the student which is the robot arm is taught how to pick up a wrench and tighten a screw. The robots life must be ‘hard’ because the human trainers are inputting 200 action sequences per day per robot. Whew!!
